COURT SYSTEM REFORM IN PROGRAMS OF LIBERAL PARTIES OF RUSSIA IN THE EARLY XXth CENTURY

The article is devoted to the main directions of reforming the country's judicial system contained in the programmes of liberal political parties in Russia at the beginning of the XXth century. The author carries out a comparative analysis of the programmes of the major liberal political parties and concludes about accordance of the constitutional-democratic party programme content and about the party’s faction activity in the State Duma.
